So we will create your birth plan based on your preferences or we will do it with you to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Strength of a mommy wants you to feel empowered during your birth and having a birth plan can help you feel supported and in control during labor and delivery, and it can improve communication between you, your labor companion, support team, and your health care team
It gives them information about your preferences during labour and what you would like to avoid. It also let's everyone know what you want without you having to repeat yourself or be bombarded with a million questions while you are trying to focus on giving birth.
Communicate your preferences without saying anything your birth plan lets your health care team know what's important to you, like your preferred birthing position, pain relief type, who you want with you and the type of environment.
